Umar Farooq Book
Original price was: $9.99.$8.99Current price is: $8.99.
Umar Farooq(ra), the second Caliph of Islam, ruled for about ten years over a total area of 2,251,030 square miles. His rule was exemplary, every decision and action of his being guided by the word of Allah, as enshrined in the Quran.
It is difficult to imagine that any ruler who had a huge empire, like Umar Farooq’s(ra), would live like a simple, common man. But that is exactly what he did. He wore clothes with many patches, slept on the floor, ate plain food and traveled to foreign lands with just one servant and a camel.
Umar Farooq (ra) had a strong sense of duty and justice. Throughout his rule, everyone was treated equally and with justice, whether he was a Muslim or a non-Muslim. He lived in the love and fear of Allah. In the history of the world, there was and still is no other ruler like him: he was unique.

The Great Caliphs Book
Original price was: $19.99.$16.99Current price is: $16.99.Read moreThe first four caliphs of Islam? Abu Bakr, Umar ibn al-Khattab, Uthman ibn Affan and Ali ibn Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with all of them, are known as ? the rightly guided caliphs.? These pious caliphs were among the closest Sahabah (Companions) of the Prophet Muhammad. Their lives are a source of inspiration and motivation for believers of all time. These caliphs, though the successive heads of a large empire, lived very simple lives, like ordinary men. Their exemplary conduct and high moral character are a shining example for us. We are hugely indebted to them for their sacrifice and dedication, which helped in the preservation of the Quran and the spread of Islam throughout the world. Of the Sahabah, the Prophet once said,?My Companions are like stars. If you follow any of them, you will be guided to the right path.? In the light of this saying of the Prophet, the stories of the Sahabah act as guidance and a source of spiritual uplift for all of us. We should draw lessons from their lives, so that we may be guided to the right path? the path that pleases the Almighty Allah.
